Role Description We are seeking a Senior Designer for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Designer will oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Responsibilities include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and team members, selecting materials and furnishings, and overseeing project execution to deliver exceptional design solutions. Additionally, the Senior Designer will mentor junior designers and contribute to creative problem-solving within the team. Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Strong skills in conceptual design, space planning, and rendering techniques. Experience in materials selection, color theory, and design aesthetics for commercial and residential projects. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage hybrid work arrangements and meet project deadlines efficiently. A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required; prior experience in a senior design role is preferred.
