Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in visual design and creative layouts, with expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create polished, on-brand presentation decks for internal and client-facing use.
• Strong ability to distill complex information into cohesive, visually engaging presentations.
• Apply brand guidelines and ensure visual and verbal identity consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Sales, Brand, and Marketing teams to refine creative outputs.
• Design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and website assets.
• Hands-on experience in designing CXO-friendly presentations, whitepapers, and dashboards.
• Skilled in data exploration, transforming and synthesizing data into optimal structures for end-state reporting.
• Lead creative campaigns and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Lead and manage multiple portfolios, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate modern design techniques where appropriate.
• Manage design processes, budgeting, and workflow, and ensure quality control.
• Strong video production skills, including editing raw footage, color grading, and sound design.
• Create storyboards, illustrations, and animated videos with graphic elements.
• Edit engaging videos for various platforms, ensuring technical standards for different formats.

Experience Requirement:

• 5-8 years of relevant design experience, including video creation and design leadership.
• Hands-on experience creating graphics and videos for digital and print media.
• Experience in leading teams, managing multiple design projects, and delivering high-quality creative outputs.
• Familiarity with modern design trends, tools, and video production techniques.
