1. Proven experience (preferably 8-12 years) in derivative sales or trading, with a strong understanding of financial markets.
2. Strong knowledge of derivative products, including options, futures
3. Ability to analyze complex market data and provide insights to clients.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients.
5. Strong sales skills, with ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
6. Strong client service skills, with ability to understand and meet client needs.
