About the Role

IBM DataStage Developer

8+ years of experience in ETL development and support.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IBM DataStage design and development.
Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing DataStage ETL jobs for large-scale data integration and migration projects.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL best practices, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex data transformation requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and recommend effective solutions.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for ETL processes and data mappings.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling concepts is preferred.
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (B.E/B.Tech preferred).
