Senior Database Manager

As a PIM Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating good techno-functional knowledge in Database applications and having hands-on experience with backend Applications. - Showcasing capability and prior experience in understanding new Data models. - Excelling in communication skills, creating action plans, and implementing them effectively. - Identifying process gaps and collaborating with Stakeholders/Product owners to devise efficient processes. - Identifying Knowledge Gaps within Teams and facilitating necessary training Modules. - Handling escalations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to discuss any root causes. - Orienting team members to align with processes and analyzing procedures for management and technical duties. - Assessing Risks, opportunities, Deliverables, and threats for projects. - Defining project responsibilities for team members with stakeholders and maintaining project time frames, resource planning, and status reports. - Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects. - Liaising with cross-functional Product owners for trainings across different regions of APAC/EUR/NAR/LATAM. - Identifying the Pulse of regions and grooming/training team members to handle Different Regions with proper communication channels. - Being responsible for technical designs, brainstorming the development of solutions, and coordinating and executing deployment activities. - Demonstrating good people management skills to handle and collaborate with BAs/DEV and QAs. - Liaising with Markets COEs to identify Knowledge Gaps in markets and schedule training Plans. - Proactively tracking and maintaining SLA/QA metrics and sharing timely updates to Stakeholders. - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in SFCC to engage in all business-level discussions with leadership. - Handling Performance Management of the team. **Skill Set:** - Database Tools/Languages- Pl/SQL, Oracle, MongoDB (Any of the above) - PM Tools - Jira/AHA/ServiceNow/Ivanti - MS Office - PowerPoint/Excel/MS Project/Word/Notes - Stakeholder Management - Smartsheet/Confluence Skills are a Plus - Good Communication Skills to handle different regions You are required to work in a 24*5 Project with work time between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM to handle and cut across all regions.,
