Job Description

As a PIM Project Manager, your role involves utilizing your good techno-functional knowledge in database applications and hands-on experience with backend applications. You will be responsible for understanding new data models, identifying process gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders/product owners to develop effective processes. Additionally, you will need to identify knowledge gaps within teams, facilitate necessary training modules, handle escalations, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to discuss root causes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating action plans and implementing them - Orienting team members to align with processes - Analyzing and developing procedures for management and technical duties - Defining project responsibilities for team members and stakeholders - Maintaining project time frames, resource planning, and status reports - Developing goals, tasks, and development plans for Salesforce projects - Liaising with cross-functional product owners for trainings across different regions - Identifying pulse of regions and grooming/training team members for effective communication - Handling technical designs, development of solutions, and deployment activities - Managing and collaborating with BAs/DEV and QAs - Liaising with Markets COEs to identify knowledge gaps and schedule training plans - Tracking and maintaining SLA/QA metrics and providing timely updates to stakeholders - Being subject matter expert in SFCC and engaging in business-level discussions with leadership - Managing the performance of your team effectively In terms of required skills, you should have proficiency in: - Database Tools/Languages: PL/SQL, Oracle, MongoDB (Any of the above) - PM Tools: Jira, AHA, ServiceNow, Ivanti - MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Word, Notes - Stakeholder Management - Smartsheet/Confluence Skills (a plus) - Good communication skills to handle different regions Your total experience should be 9-10 years with relevant experience ranging from 5 to 6 years. You should be willing to work in a 24*5 project environment with shift timings between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM to effectively manage and cater to all regions.
