Job Description

Join our high-performance platform team and help power large-scale, high-availability systems used by millions.


What You'll Do:

  • Ensure high performance, availability, and security of our MySQL/MariaDB databases
  • Manage upgrades, backups, recovery, and migrations
  • Monitor and optimize replication, handle large-scale data transfers
  • Troubleshoot live issues and resolve them within SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis and support release processes
  • Collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and Support teams
  • Write high-quality documentation and test plans
  • Drive innovation through architecture reviews and new tech implementation


What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid DBA experience with

    MySQL/MariaDB

    (mandate skills) or Percona XtraDB
  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning & monitoring
  • Proven background in 24x7, high-traffic OLTP environments
  • Skilled in replication strategies, especially advanced scaling
  • Strong Linux skills (CentOS or similar preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience with NoSQL DBs


Working model: Hybrid or Remote

Work Locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Mumbai
