Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Solutions Manager with 9 to 14 years of experience to lead our digital transformation journey and drive the adoption of analytics products. This role is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead enhancements to the Datawarehouse and integrate new data sources seamlessly.
Chair operational and service review meetings with senior country stakeholders.
Drive adoption of Data & Analytics products across regional teams.
Collaborate with CRM, Google Analytics, and Data Product teams for system integration.
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely issue resolution.
Refine user stories with Business Analysts and support product release planning.

Job Requirements

Minimum 9 years of experience in data analytics and cloud platforms like AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering principles.
Proven ability to lead data platform enhancements and cross-functional integrations.
Experience managing stakeholder communications and resolving technical issues.
Familiarity with the pharma domain and enterprise data strategy execution.
Ability to work in global AGILE teams and influence senior decision-makers.
