Senior Data Solutions Manager

As a Senior Data Solutions Manager at Novartis, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journeyhelping shape the future of data-driven healthcare. You'll lead strategic enhancements to our data platforms, drive adoption of analytics products, and collaborate with global teams to unlock the full potential of our data. About The Role

Major Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements to the Datawarehouse and integrate new data sources seamlessly
• Chair operational and service review meetings with senior country stakeholders
• Drive adoption of Data & Analytics products across regional teams
• Collaborate with CRM, Google Analytics, and Data Product teams for system integration
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely issue resolution
• Refine user stories with Business Analysts and support product release planning
• Improve documentation and usability of analytics tools; foster user community development
  

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in data analytics and cloud platforms like AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering principles
• Proven ability to lead data platform enhancements and cross-functional integrations
• Experience managing stakeholder communications and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with pharma domain and enterprise data strategy execution
• Ability to work in global AGILE teams and influence senior decision-makers
  

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Dataiku or similar ETL tools for advanced data workflows
• Exposure to global pharma operations and data governance practices
