Senior Data Scientist

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for churn prediction, Customer 360, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  
• Perform statistical analysis, data visualization, and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  
• Conduct model QA, validation, drift monitoring, and ensure business alignment.
  
• Collaborate with Martech, Digital, and Commercial teams to operationalize models into workflows.
  
• Build dashboards and reports to track model accuracy, performance, and outcomes.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.
  
• Strong hands-on skills in

  Python, SQL, and ML frameworks

  (Scikit-learn/TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience with

  Snowflake

  and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven expertise in churn prediction, Customer 360, and predictive analytics use cases.
  
• Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
