Senior Data Scientist

We are searching for a Senior Data Scientist with a solid background in machine learning, data analysis, and an increasing proficiency in LLMs and Gen AI. You should have a strong passion for uncovering insights from data, suggesting impactful use cases, and developing intelligent solutions that enhance business value. Your responsibilities will include analyzing both structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. You will be required to propose and validate AI/ML use cases based on business data and stakeholder requirements. Additionally, building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and more will be a key part of your role. You will work with LLMs and GenAI tools to prototype and integrate intelligent solutions such as chatbots, summarization, and content generation. Collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to provide end-to-end solutions is essential. Ensuring data quality, model interpretability, and ethical AI practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Documenting experiments, sharing findings, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team are also expected. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning is required. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries is a must. Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation is highly desirable. Exposure to LLMs and GenAI tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs is preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as version control using Git, is advantageous. Strong communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset are essential qualities for this role. Please note that the final discussion round will be conducted face-to-face.
