Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Data Science and AI Trainer to lead and deliver advanced training programs in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to train and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related technologies.
• Create comprehensive course materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct both classroom and online training sessions with a focus on hands-on learning.
• Guide and mentor students on real-world data-driven projects and research applications.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and trends in the AI & Data Science ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the academic and corporate teams to enhance training modules and certifications.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Support in organizing workshops, hackathons, and technical events.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, etc.) using Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision techniques.
• Understanding of Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Data Science / AI with at least 2 years in training or mentoring roles.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, Google Data Engineer, IBM Data Science, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
