Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct data research from multiple online portals and databases.
Collect, verify, and organize candidate / business data as per requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel / internal databases.
Generate leads and prepare reports for the HR/Management team.
Support recruitment and sales teams with data insights.
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Key Skills Required:

Strong internet research skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of data.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any stream.
3–4 years of experience in Data Research / Lead Generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
