Senior Data Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Manager at Swiss Re, you will collaborate with internal business partners globally to analyze their processes and requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for the development team. You will lead a small team in delivering projects related to data models, information governance frameworks, and data quality improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for incident, problem, and change request management for data assets under your ownership. Your role will also involve supporting software releases, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring MDM conversations align with Swiss Re's technology and data landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and requirements of internal business partners globally - Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for the development team - Lead a small team in delivering projects related to data models, information governance frameworks, and data quality improvements - Manage incidents, problems, and change requests for data assets under your ownership - Support software releases, including user testing and training coordination - Communicate and collaborate with data owners/leaders, enterprise architects, and application owners Qualifications Required: - Master's or bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or business administration - Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and solution design with a preference for data functions - Excellent social and English language skills, with strong storytelling abilities - Proficient in data analysis, data profiling, and data modeling - Experience with UI/UX design, data integration, ETL/batch jobs, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) - Previous experience in MDM teams/functions and knowledge of TIBCO Orchestra EBX MDM is advantageous Note: The job description did not include any additional details about Swiss Re.,
