Senior Data Manager

As a Transformation Data & SQL Developer at Zellis Group, your role will be crucial in establishing the data infrastructure necessary for the creation of cross-functional reporting dashboards tailored for the Executives and shareholders. You are expected to be an advanced SQL developer, well-organized, confident, and possess excellent communication skills. Your passion for data and expertise in working with cutting-edge Management Information Tools will be instrumental in this role. Responsibilities: - Work with source systems to track and identify the required data, clean up raw versions, and ensure availability for the data pipeline. Collate offline data and ingest it into the Data Warehouse. - Contribute to the creation of a data warehouse by assisting in developing the data schema, creating necessary tables, joins, and data pipelines. - Collaborate with business analysts to translate business logic into SQL within an ETL tool in the transform layer. - Execute data refresh pipelines as needed. Adjust logic to accommodate changes in underlying business logic. - Continuously refine logic to optimize transforms for performance and obtain robust results. - Provide support for data governance and metadata management. - Initiate sales reporting automation, expanding to all business functions, driving automation and AI-enabled reporting end-to-end. - Create detailed documentation, including flowcharts to illustrate data transform processes and data schemas. Qualifications: - A degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Required Skills: - Advanced SQL Developer (essential). - Knowledge of Python and experience in BI (desired). - Proficiency in using ETL and Data Warehouse systems. - Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and problem-solve under pressure. - Attention to detail to identify errors and anomalies within data from multiple sources. - Professional and collaborative approach to managing customer data, prioritizing customers" needs in decision-making.
