Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join Impacteers. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with MoEngage and Clevertap, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively on MoEngage and Clevertap for segmentation, journeys, campaign analysis, and performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer data, marketing funnels, cohorts, and user behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate data flow across platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop automated reporting solutions for process efficiency.
• Support campaign planning with insights and evaluate post-campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports for stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and conversions.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong working experience with MoEngage and Clevertap.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution models.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
