Senior Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, automating, and analyzing large and complex data sets from various sources. You will develop dashboards, data insights, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Your role will involve performing data analysis, identifying trends, and generating actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and documentation. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry analytics practices, tools, and technologies to enhance data analysis processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or demonstrate proven experience in data analytics. Ideally, you should have at least 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is preferred, along with hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are crucial for this position. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey findings to stakeholders. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics is considered a plus.
