Senior Cybersecurity Risk Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Cyber security Risk Consultant, your main responsibility will be to conduct security risk assessments on third-party vendors acquired by Humana through the M&A process. With 7 to 10 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of the acquired companies" systems and data. Key Responsibilities: - Perform cyber security risk assessments on third-party vendors with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field - Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field - Demonstrate a proficient understanding of audit, regulatory requirements, and standards such as SOC2, ISO, HITRUST, and other related standards and certification processes - Have at least 4 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, and/or IT security - Possess strong ability to assess urgency and prioritization, making decisions based on situational circumstances - Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others - Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate a passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, and/or IT security - Proficient understanding of audit, regulatory requirements, and standards including SOC2, ISO, HITRUST, and other related standards and certification processes - Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others - Analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with knowledge of key compliance and IT frameworks such as SSAE16 SOC2, HITRUST, SOX, etc. Industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, CISM, CTPRP are preferred, with a background in healthcare being advantageous.
