Candidates with prior experience in technical support will give an add on advantage.4. Comfortable with Night Shifts.5. Strong understanding of networking concepts (L1&L2 support).6. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key skills:
1. Should have excellent communication skills.2. Should have good technical knowledge on IPS, router, modem. Networking concepts like *DNS, DHCP, IP address, MAC address, firewall.*3. Candidates should have inbound calling experience.
