Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Executive in the hospitals and health care domain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our medical prescription processing services. Your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively in a team environment with a professional and courteous demeanor. You will be responsible for managing and processing medical prescriptions accurately, in compliance with US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Providing support through email, chat, outbound & inbound calls to both internal and external customers will be a significant part of your role. Your duties will also involve assisting patients and healthcare providers with prescription-related queries and issue resolution. Addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction will be essential. Maintaining accurate patient records while upholding data privacy standards is a critical aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to handle escalations and complex prescription cases professionally and efficiently, conducting problem-cause analysis to identify and resolve customer issues promptly. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service within the Medical & Healthcare Industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are crucial. You should be adept at managing multiple customer interactions effectively and handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits. A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are highly valued qualities. Preferred qualifications include experience in telemedicine, online pharmacies, or US healthcare customer support. Familiarity with insurance claims processing and prior authorization workflows, knowledge of e-prescribing platforms, and the US pharmacy network will be advantageous. The ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, rotational shifts, UK shifts, or US shifts. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the benefits package.
