Senior Customer Service Associate

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance in Dutch as a skilled Technical Support Executive. Your main tasks will include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software/hardware problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will provide technical support via calls in Dutch, troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues, collaborate with internal teams for complex problem resolution, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. To excel in this role, you must be fluent in both Dutch and English. Previous experience of at least 6 months in customer service or technical support is preferred, but freshers with mandatory proficiency in the Dutch language can also apply. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting methods. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a B2 or C1 level certificate in Dutch and have excellent verbal fluency in the language. Knowledge of Dutch customer service practices is an advantage.
