Senior Customer Pricing Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing TriNet's pricing strategy and collaborating with business partners to ensure timely and accurate pricing updates. Your role will involve managing pricing models, maintaining SOX compliant processes, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting updates to senior management. Additionally, you will drive improvement, simplification, and automation across the team while maintaining the confidentiality of pertinent information. Key Responsibilities: - Manage pricing models of assigned product line to ensure accurate and timely retail rate updates - Maintain SOX compliant processes and documentation - Collaborate with business partners to set objectives and timelines for pricing updates and remediate process errors - Perform analytics, report on performance, and support complex pricing and profitability models - Present pricing updates and validation outcomes to senior management in a clear and actionable format - Drive team engagement, accountability, and set goals for direct reports - Support continuous improvement processes, analyze financial risks, and adapt to a fast-paced business environment - Utilize strong MS Office skills, including Visio, and working knowledge of PeopleSoft - Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience required - Work Experience: Typically 5+ years required - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Support continuous improvement processes and analyze problems effectively - Identify financial risks impacting SOX compliance - Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities - Strong MS Office skills, including Visio, and working knowledge of PeopleSoft - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong collaboration, team work, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Process and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Additional Company Details: - Work Environment: This position is 100% in office and offers a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
