Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CSR Project Executive located in Pune. The Senior CSR Project Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing CSR initiatives, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. They will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate with project teams, and ensure the timely delivery of project outcomes. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting, documentation, and maintaining strong relations with community partners.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community partnership building
• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in technology and tools related to project management
• Relevant experience in CSR, social work, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field

Experience

• 2–4 years

  of relevant work experience in CSR, social impact projects, or development sector roles.
• Prior experience in handling corporate CSR partnerships, donor reporting, and on-ground execution will be preferred.
