Develop and enforce data governance best practices to ensure reliable and accurate analytics.
Perform routine audits of data, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to implement data cleansing procedures.
Administer data integration processes, ensuring that data from various systems (e.g., Salesforce, external databases, third-party applications) is accurately imported into CRM Analytics.
Manage data flows, including the creation and maintenance of datasets, data recipes, and data transformations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data integration and ensure timely data refreshes.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, dashboards, and reports.
Implement best practices for performance tuning, ensuring that data processing and report generation are efficient.
