Role Overview

Senior Creative Strategist with a strong copywriting core

Key Responsibilities

• Lead copy and creative thinking across campaigns, content, and brand narratives
• Write high-quality copy for social media, films, campaign ideas, brand decks, and pitches
• Develop creative routes, big ideas, and content frameworks rooted in insights
• Translate brand strategy into impactful messaging and storytelling
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and brand teams to bring ideas to life
• Review and elevate copy quality across projects
• Mentor junior copywriters and provide creative feedback
• Stay updated on culture, trends, and platform-specific writing styles

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter / Senior Copywriter / Creative Strategist
• Strong agency experience with a proven copy-led portfolio
• Exceptional writing skills across short-form, long-form, and campaign copy
• Ability to think conceptually beyond formats
• Experience working on digital-first and integrated campaigns
• Comfortable with pitches, presentations, and client discussions

Bonus Points

• Experience writing for films, reels, and high-impact social content
• Strong understanding of creator-led and culture-driven storytelling
• Award-winning or pitch-winning work
