Senior Copy Editor

Exp range - 4-7 yrs. professional experience working with large ecommerce catalog web sites as an Enterprise Staff SEO or Sr. SEO Team Lead.

Experience reading & editing large amounts of SEO optimized copy on a daily basis, specifically written to perform well in Google results. Experience with Enterprise B2B catalog SEO optimization is an added positive.

The role may occasionally require Team meetings for presenting light analysis, resolving pending questions or collaborating with key digital marketing partner Teams.

• Experience researching, creating, and editing large scale organic content web marketing & SEO copy writing projects.
• Ability to accurately follow Brand Style Guides, Compliance standards, and Legal instructions when completing SEO copy editing & web content optimization.
• SEO optimization of web content, copy writing, SEO copy editing of a large number of multi-paragraph Word documents.
• SEO writing and editing of new & existing META Titles & META Descriptions
• SEO creation & editing of On-Page, H1 Titles, Page Headlines, Sub Headlines & visible Short Descriptions or web page hero images and page body image captions.
• Researching & recommending contextual linking within existing paragraphs, sentences, sub-headlines and copy blocks for improving SEO optimization effectiveness.
• Proficient understanding of advanced SEO practices, Google content guidelines, and SEO industry best practices for key word research, copy creation & content editing.
• Basic knowledge, understanding & experience with GenAI written SEO copy.
• Proficiency with Excel & Word, specifically with use in SEO projects, key words management, subject research, Url management & copy writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
