Senior Coordinator - Customer Solutions

As a Customer Service Representative at Hapag-Lloyd, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional quality service and create value for both customers and the company. You will serve as the internal and external point of contact for customs matters across all departments, communicate local customs developments to relevant parties, and identify new customer requirements for management consideration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address daily challenges, onboarding new customers, supporting sales teams, and conducting root-cause analysis of recurring issues are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a university degree or equivalent, possess excellent written and verbal English skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
