Senior Contracts Specialist

As a Senior Contracts Specialist at a global MNC in the manufacturing, oil & gas, and power sector based in Chennai, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior US stakeholders and contribute to global operations in India, Thailand, and the US (LA, Boston, South Carolina, Texas). Key Responsibilities: - Focus on commercial contracting, EPC/engineering contracts (buy & sell side), with exposure to compliance and litigation (good to have). - Handle EPC contracts in an Engineering/Manufacturing company setting. - Collaborate with teams across different geographical locations to ensure smooth contract negotiations and executions. Qualifications Required: - 4-10 years of PQE with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing company dealing with EPC contracts. - Willingness to relocate to Chennai and work in a full-time office setup. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.,
