Senior Contracts Specialist

As a Senior Contracts Specialist at our global MNC in the manufacturing, oil & gas, and power sector, based in Chennai (World Trade Center), you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior US stakeholders and contribute to our global operations in India, Thailand, and the US (LA, Boston, South Carolina, Texas). **Key Responsibilities:** - Focus on commercial contracting, EPC/engineering contracts (buy & sell side), compliance, and litigation (good to have). - Handle a minimum of 2 years of experience in Engineering/Manufacturing company dealing with EPC contracts. - Collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-10 years of PQE in the field of contracts and legal matters. - Strong understanding of commercial contracts and EPC agreements. - Willingness to relocate to Chennai and work in a full-time office setup.
