Youll craft narratives that carry depth and clarity, structured for both traditional SEO and the new world of AIO (AI-optimized content) and GEO (Googles AI Overviews).

• Your work will cut across high-impact areas including long-form blogs, website pages, influencer content, and thought leadership pieces for Virtual Employee and its ecosystem brands
• Every piece you write should do three things: hold attention, earn trust, and surface where decisions are made
• Whether thats in Google, ChatGPT, or Perplexity or other AI platforms
• The ideal candidate understands entity SEO, structured data, and citation logic, and can translate complex ideas like workforce intelligence or AI-driven hiring into simple, credible, and engaging language
• This role demands precision, not verbosity
• Youll work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to plan, write, and refine content that meets VEs bar for logic, rhythm, and proof
• The role demands strong understanding of AI-optimized content and long-form editorial storytelling
• The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex business or technical ideas into clear, structured, and persuasive content
