Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, original content for a variety of platforms including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Write compelling content that educates and informs our target audience about HR trends, best practices, and our SaaS solutions.

2. Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and execute content strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape

3. SEO and Keyword Optimization:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of our content in search engines.
  • Utilize keyword research tools to identify and integrate relevant keywords into content.

4. Editing and Proofreading:

  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure all content adheres to our brand voice and guidelines.

5. Content Distribution:

  • Assist in distributing content across various channels including social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to inform future content creation.

6. Collaborative Projects:

  • Work with designers, developers, and other team members to create multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and interactive content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas and strategies.

7. Audience Engagement:

  • Engage with our audience through social media, comments, and forums to build relationships and promote our content.
  • Respond to reader feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the SaaS, HR, or Edtech sectors.
  • A strong portfolio of published articles, blog posts, and other content showcasing your writing skills and subject matter expertise.
  • Highly motivated and extremely organized individual with exceptional writing and research skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills that will appeal to C Suite Executives and HR professionals.
  • Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and startup environment.
