The Role:

• Execute content removal requests across major platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Cloudflare
• File and manage DMCA takedown requests and de-indexing submissions to remove harmful content from search results
• Handle review takedowns on platforms such as Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other review sites
• Construct compelling, legally-sound arguments for content removal that maximize approval rates
• Leverage existing industry relationships with platform safety and trust & safety teams to expedite removals
• Track and report on takedown success rates, turnaround times, and overall performance metrics
• Stay current on platform policy changes, legal precedents, and emerging removal strategies
• Identify and implement new takedown methodologies as platforms evolve
• Eventually help build out and train a removal specialist team as the company scales

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in content removal, digital takedowns, or online reputation management
• Proven track record of successful removals across Google (DMCA/de-indexing), social platforms, and review sites
• Established relationships or connections with trust & safety teams at major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, etc.) strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of DMCA processes, platform-specific removal policies, and legal frameworks for defamation
• Exceptional written communication skills — ability to craft persuasive, concise removal arguments
• Strong problem-solving mindset; resourceful and adaptive when standard approaches don't work
• Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment — you don't need hand-holding
• Experience at companies like Removify, Cyberint, or similar ORM/cybersecurity firms is a major plus
• You want to come in and elevate the operation, not be taught the basics

Compensation:

• OTE:

  $80,000 - $120,000+ USD/year (realistic for top performers)

• Base Salary:

  $1,000 - $4,000+ USD/month (based on experience and proven results)

• Performance Bonus:

  $20 - $100 per successful takedown — the more you remove, the more you earn
