Title: Sr Content Developer - Team Lead Solutions

AS A TEAM LEADER SOLUTIONS, YOU WILL:
Liaise with customers, channel partners, client and program managers to match needs and deliver catered solution. Develop learning curriculum for multiple roleholders in line with ongoing commercial functional development and alignedto their competency levels. Own projects and operations within teams to deliver high quality output, on time, every time. Track team efficiency and productivity, develop project plans and commit resources to business units for various projects. Support business team in preparing and delivering proposals for new products/services. Work with a team of instructional designers, graphic designers and subject matter experts to deliver as per customer's brief. Actively seeking feedback from client and continuously evaluating the return on investment for key learning solutions we implement.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR IN A TEAM LEADER SOLUTIONS
5+ years of experience in Content Development and Operations for L&D HCM
Experience Required:
operating and producing large scale content development for classroom trainings, virtual trainings, eLearnings , video based learning, 2D and 3D animations , audio/video podcasts etc. Deep knowledge on training content authoring platforms like Axonify , Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora , Elucidat and multimedia design platforms like InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects etc. Exceptional content design, planning and execution skills. Excellent command on the English language. Candidates with writing as a hobby would be given a heavy preference.
