Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services - Workforce Advisory at EY, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver business strategy that depends on people. You will work with clients to understand and address their largest people-related challenges, ultimately driving valuable and sustainable business results. Your role will focus on performance, HR transformation, HR transactions, talent optimization, and rewards optimization. You will be a key resource on business transformation projects, providing quality client service, insightful solutions, and balancing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to diverse consulting engagements in HR Consulting, Rewards Design & Development, and HR Transactions by developing high-quality client deliverables and participating in client workshops and stakeholder meetings. - Lead or support the Project Manager in managing key project activities such as planning, status tracking, risk management, and reporting for timely and high-quality delivery across assigned workstreams. - Support business development through preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and identifying potential opportunities in the market. - Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and interns to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Actively pursue continuous learning to enhance technical expertise, consulting capabilities, and stay updated on market trends. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree - Approximately 3 years of prior experience in areas such as HR operating models, HR process improvements, capability development, organizational development, and change management - Experience in Total Rewards, HR in M&A, Change Management, and HR Transformation is a plus - Relevant professional experience in people/HR consulting, global management consultancy, niche consultancy, or in-house role with exposure to large-scale projects Additional Company Details: EY aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
