Senior Consultant | Workforce Advisory (HR Consulting)

Role Overview: At EY, as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services - Workforce Advisory, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver business strategy related to people. You will work with clients to address their complex people-related challenges, drive valuable business results, and focus on performance, HR transformation, HR transactions, talent optimization, and rewards optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to diverse consulting engagements, including HR Consulting, Rewards Design & Development, and HR Transactions by developing high-quality client deliverables and participating in client workshops. - Lead or support the Project Manager in managing key project activities such as planning, status tracking, risk management, and reporting. - Support business development by preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and identifying potential opportunities in the market. - Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and interns to foster a collaborative team environment. - Actively pursue continuous learning to enhance technical expertise and consulting capabilities. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelors or Master degree - Approximately 3 years of prior experience in areas such as Total Rewards, HR in M&A, Change Management, and HR Transformation - Experience in HR operating and delivery models, HR process improvements, capability development, organizational development, and change management - Relevant professional experience in people/ HR consulting, global management consultancy, or niche consultancy If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize workloads, effective communicator, team player, and committed to making a difference, this role at EY is for you.
