Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and Core Connectors.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery for Workday Benefits or Payroll modules.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior team members; provide direction and support for development and troubleshooting.
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Handle Payroll Inputs and Payroll Results integrations effectively.
• Participate in project planning, status updates, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting as needed.
  

Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations using:
• Workday Studio
• Payroll Interface (PECI)
• PICOF
• Core Connectors
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, and/or Payroll modules.
• Experience managing Workday Payroll Inputs and Payroll Results.
• Ability to lead integration projects and manage a small team.
• Solid understanding of Workday architecture and integration best practices.
