    Work you ll do

    The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position

    and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. To do this, one must perform

    the following activities within the firm:

    SAP PP implementation Professional should have 6 to 9 Yrs:


    • Hands On experience as SAP PP SME on large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects preferably in manufacturing / Process Industry

    • 6 -9 Years of SAP functional experience

    • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant master s degree preferred.

    • 3 End to end S/4 HANA project implementation experience in SAP PPQM (excluding support projects)

    • Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.

    • Design and configure SAP PP & QM modules including MRP, Work Centre, Routing, Production/ Process Orders, Demand Management, Capacity Planning ,Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Certificates, and Results Recording.

    • Set up production versions, and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) aligned with chemical plant capacities.

    • Configure batch management, batch determination, and back flush processes for discrete and process oriented production.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CO, MM, SD, WM, PM) for seamless integration.

    • Provide support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases.

    • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP team. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA.

    • Support master data setup related to materials, BOMs, and routing.

    • Train key users and prepare end-user documentation.

    • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and drive continuous improvements.

    • Worked extensively on RICEFW objects/ custom developments related to PPQM

    • Produce Business blueprint, KDS, functional specifications, configuration document, user manuals.

    • Experience of working with Indian and global clients.

    • Good understanding of Fiori apps for Manufacturing

    • Good hands on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable.

    • Define migration strategy for legacy material master.


    Qualifications


    • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.

    • Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
