Senior Consultant, NetSuite

Role Overview: Myers-Holum is expanding operations to Bangalore, India, and is actively seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and work towards creative solutioning. This role will also pave the way for you to progress into a Principal consultant role, which is a step towards a leadership position within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements into NetSuite technical designs - Perform solution delivery responsibilities across all project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment - Conduct fit/gap analysis on business requirements and develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering - Manage project management activities such as project planning, work breakdown structures, and change control - Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions and develop comprehensive Technical Design Documents - Act proactively as a trusted client advocate by providing implementation best practices - Contribute to internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education - Continuously learn and develop NetSuite product skills as required by customer engagements - Lead certain components of projects with minimal supervision and work towards becoming a subject matter expert in NetSuite Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience - Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements or has led 8+ small engagements through go-live - Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field - Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services-specific industry experience - NetSuite certifications highly preferred: NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation - Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk Additional Details of the Company: Myers-Holum is a technology and management consulting firm established in 1981 with over 400 remote employees across ten countries.
