Senior Consultant-Mobility

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in the Mobility practice area within the Automotive sub-area, you will play a crucial role in achieving defined revenue and cost goals. Your responsibilities will include building and writing proposals, actively participating in business development tasks, leading and mentoring a team, handling client communications, and providing insightful recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals - Build and write proposals with minimum support, including gathering requirements, formulating research solutions, designing commercial frameworks, and presenting solutions effectively - Actively participate in business development tasks, articulate research and advisory services to clients, drive marketing outreach programs, and develop industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, and case studies - Lead the development and mentoring of a team specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in the Industrial and Consumer technology domain - Handle all client communications, including query responses, kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions - Utilize a strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate actionable recommendations for clients Qualification Required: - Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience; MBA is optional - Minimum six (6) years of experience in business research or consulting engagements - Rich experience in managing custom research or consulting projects, staying updated on industry trends, and handling teams of professionals - Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing - Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, demonstrating self-organization, maturity, attention to detail, and proactive planning Additional Details: The company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities, fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.,
