Lead and manage the Gastroenterology Department independently
Perform diagnostic & interventional endoscopic procedures (Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, etc.)
Develop specialized clinics for Liver Diseases, IBD, and GI Oncology
Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists & critical care specialists for holistic care
Implement preventive gastroenterology programs and patient education initiatives
Mentor and guide junior doctors, nurses, and technicians
DM/DNB in Gastroenterology (recognized by NMC/MCI)
Minimum 5+ years of post-DM/DNB experience (leadership experience preferred) Expertise in advanced endoscopic procedures & complex GI case management Passion for building new services and community outreach Willingness to relocate to Assam
