Senior Consultant

As a Digital Transformation/Business Analysis Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. You will lead requirement gathering sessions using various methods to capture functional, non-functional, and technical requirements that align with business needs, user pain points, and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include translating complex business needs into functional specifications, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless solution delivery. You will leverage your in-depth domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, or Personal Insurance to design and implement tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate change management processes, including user training, system testing, and post-implementation support, to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders and end users.
