Job Title:

Location : Kochi | Thiruvananthapuram

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of BlackLine solutions.
Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including account reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany transactions.
Design and optimize Chart of Accounts and close processes (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for integration and data mapping.
Manage project teams and deliverables across multiple engagements.
Ensure alignment with finance transformation goals and best practices.

Required Skills:

3 - 5 years of experience in finance transformation or consulting.
Proven experience in implementing BlackLine (mandatory).
Familiarity with other FCPM tools like Oracle ARCS, Trintech, Onestream, Redwood (preferred).
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/HANA, Oracle GL).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel (domestic/international).

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
