Job Description

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Build automation scripts and tooling using Python to streamline operations.
Deploy, manage, and optimize EKS clusters and Kubernetes workloads.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
Collaborate with developers, architects, and security teams to ensure platform reliability and compliance.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

6-9 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer.
Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, etc.).
Proficiency in Terraform (modular design, state management, remote backend).
Solid programming/scripting knowledge in Python for automation.
Strong working knowledge of EKS / Kubernetes (workload deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
