Senior Compliance Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales and solution discussions with enterprise clients across the Middle East, SEA, and EU regions.
• Develop deep expertise in global e-Invoicing frameworks, VAT laws, and digital reporting regulations (e.g., ZATCA, Peppol, KSA, Singapore, EU VAT in the Digital Age).
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor by translating complex regulatory requirements into product solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams to design and position country-specific e-Invoicing and compliance solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, client workshops, and business case presentations to CXO, finance, and tax leadership teams.
• Track global compliance trends and proactively advise clients on regulatory changes and impact.
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and solution enhancements.
• Manage and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of 20-30 enterprise accounts.
• Support RFP responses, proposal creation, and solution documentation.
• Enable and coach sales teams on compliance positioning and consultative selling approaches.

Experience Required:

• 4 - 10 years of experience in compliance consulting, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles within fintech, tax tech, or regulatory technology domains.
• Strong exposure to e-Invoicing, VAT, GST, or global compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-growing technology environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
