Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer

Role Overview: As a Cloud Reliability Manager, you will lead and manage the Cloud Reliability teams to provide strong Managed Services support to end-customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Isolating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported by CMS clients in their cloud environment. - Driving communication with the customer, providing details about the issue, current steps, next plan of action, and ETA. - Gathering client's requirements related to the use of specific cloud services and providing assistance in setting them up and resolving issues. - Creating SOPs and knowledge articles for use by the L1 teams to resolve common issues. - Identifying recurring issues, performing root cause analysis, and proposing/implementing preventive actions. - Following change management procedures to identify, record, and implement changes. - Planning and deploying OS, security patches in Windows/Linux environment, and upgrading k8s clusters. - Identifying recurring manual activities and contributing to automation. - Providing technical guidance and educating team members on development and operations. Monitoring metrics and developing ways to improve. - Performing system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains. - Demonstrating the ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services. - Building, maintaining, and monitoring configuration standards. - Ensuring critical system security through using best-in-class cloud security solutions. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong organizational and communication skills - Strong ability to multitask - Comfort working with multiple groups within the business,
