Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Application Support Engineer with 78 years of experience for our Bangalore location (immediate joiners only). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting cloud-native Java applications deployed on Kubernetes, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include managing production workloads on AWS/Azure/GCP, automating deployments with CI/CD and IaC tools (Terraform, Helm), and monitoring system health with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. The engineer will also handle incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow, ensuring timely ticket resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs), cloud platforms, and ServiceNow, with the ability to collaborate across DevOps, QA, and development teams. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
