Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Closing Manager- Real Estate located in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Closing Manager will oversee the closing processes for property transactions, manage lease administration, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing lease agreements, and managing commercial real estate portfolios. The Senior Closing Manager will also provide expert advice on property management and leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate law
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
