We are looking for an exceptional Senior/Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Team in India. Reporting to the Manager of Implementation - India, you will play a key role in increasing the adoption and growth of surgical procedures and building relationships with key stakeholders in accounts where Versius Surgical System is already installed. You will be responsible for: - Increasing procedure volume and driving deeper system adoption within assigned hospitals or regions using best practices, skills, and digital tools. - Identifying, engaging, and supporting trained surgeons, converting them into high-volume users and key opinion leaders. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons and hospital leadership for long-term collaboration. - Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and execute tailored, account-specific sales strategies. - Providing in-theatre support during procedures to ensure optimal system usage and user confidence. - Representing the organization at medical conferences, workshops, CMEs, and other key industry events. - Managing administrative tasks including reporting, inventory oversight, and documentation efficiently. About you: To succeed in this role, you should: - Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Versius Surgical System. - Possess influencing and persuasion skills to drive system adoption. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excel in strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement. - Be capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities with high attention to detail. - Understand operating room protocols, surgical workflows, and relevant anatomy for procedures involving robotic-assisted systems. - Have complete knowledge of MAS/procedures in various specialties such as Urology, General/GI surgery, Surgical Oncology, Gynaecology, Thoracic, etc. - Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Biomedical, Robotics, Electronics), Pharmacy, or a related field, while an MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute is preferred. - Have at least 7 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record. - Possess experience in the robotic healthcare or minimal access surgical domain, which is a strong advantage. - Be fluent in English and the local language. - Be willing to travel up to 70% as required.
