Senior Client Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Senior Client Coordinator (Female Preferred) to manage client communications, quotation preparation, invoicing, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for all client-related interactions and must possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming and outgoing client calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner. Prepare quotations and proforma invoices based on client requirements. Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations and invoices to drive conversions and collections. Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain proper records of client communications, follow-ups, and transaction status. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support. Update and manage client databases, documentation, and CRM tools if applicable. Handle client queries and provide accurate information related to products, pricing, and deliveries. Support the sales team with documentation and backend assistance. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client coordination, sales support, or admin roles. Strong knowledge of quotation & invoice preparation, client follow-ups, and sales documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
