Senior Civil Structural Engineer

As a Senior Civil Structural Engineer at Antilla Estate Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for residential and commercial projects. - Reviewing and validating design calculations, structural drawings, and specifications in compliance with applicable codes (IS, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode). - Collaborating with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design coordination and buildability. - Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design or structural issues. - Guiding and mentoring junior engineers and draftsmen. - Ensuring design quality, safety, and compliance with client and statutory requirements. - Contributing to innovation in design, BIM integration, and sustainability practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred). - 10+ years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering. - Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS). - Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit, and related software. - Solid understanding of construction materials, detailing, and methodologies. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for site visits as required. Additionally, if you have experience in high-rise residential or commercial structures, exposure to seismic design, retrofitting, and value engineering, or have worked with premium real estate developers or consultants, it would be considered a plus.
